Decent place, and at a decent price point for being so close to downtown Brooklyn. The rooms are very small, but clean. The staff was suprisingly above average, even though I repeatedly asked that the empty complimentary body wash be refilled. It never was although promised. The breakfast options were also decent.
Went here for a weekend visit to Brooklyn. I didn't make the reservation so, I didn't have anything to do with the booking of the hotel, I wouldn't have booked it at that location, not a nice area of the city. When we arrived the person at the desk was very friendly and helpful. We got there before check in, they checked our luggage so we didn't have to drag it with us when we went out to explore the area. We all were hungry. The women at the desk gave us a couple options. We decided on a pizza place that served meals. It was fine for a quick bite. We quickly learned it wasn't an area to walk around in. The rooms were very nice and the Continental breakfast was nice. Service and the rooms are excellent just wish the hotel was in a better location.
A clean, welcoming and affordable place to stay in Brooklyn. Close to transit and easy to find. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and our room was clean. We could have used more soap and shampoo in the bathroom but otherwise I have no complaints. Thanks so much for having us and shout out to Samiyah at the front desk - you made us feel so welcome after our other accommodations fell through!! <3
This Best Western was absolutely wonderful. I received the last room. It was on the lower level. No worries to that. It was absolutely fine. I was nearly late for breakfast and the manager assisted me in getting to the breakfast room, so I could enjoy breakfast. The staff, from the manager to the maintenance workers were pleasant, friendly and professional. The establishment was well maintained and at all times clean. Breakfast was good. The woman working in the breakfast room made sure the room was stocked and clean. I regret, I forgot to leave a tip for the housekeeper, who was also very pleasant. I would stay again. I must return next week and I am going to pay the $20 difference from the next closest hotel. I know I will get good service at this hotel.Uhhhhh! That was nice.
I am very pleased with my stay here. The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel is clean, their breakfast was great and had a wide variety to choose from, and the decor of the hotel was nice. The neighborhood of the hotel may not be the best (but not the worst and not in danger there), but the inside is very nice, and the location was a convenient for me, because the event that I was attending was in walking distance. Furthermore, public transpiration is very convenient at this location. Just make sure you arrive at an early time because the free parking lot has very limited. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would return.
My family and I reserved a room for the Annual Panamanian Parade. We were traveling from Albany. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Management must be pleased with their employees. Room was clean. We were also impressed with the continental breakfast and all the options even healthy options. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will continue to come back every year. Thank you again to the ladies we met.
I recently had the misfortune of the loss of my childhood best friend and had to stay in a hotel for the funeral, as I no longer have family in the area. I booked a room at this Best Western location and could not have been more pleased! The staff was very friendly (which I didn't expect from my hometown), the room was great, and the location was close to good local eating spots. Another thing I must mention about the room - it was the cleanest-smelling hotel room I have ever been in! I had to do the peaking around for hidden dirt (mold, something) and found nothing. The only disappointment was that there were no USB outlets, but fortunately I had my own charging equipment. If I have to return to Brooklyn for anything, I'm definitely staying here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience despite my circumstances for being there.
